How to Delete Your Account

Method 1: Delete from the app

You can delete your account directly from the Helia app by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your Helia account
  2. Go to the "Account" section in the main menu
  3. Click the 3-dot menu button (⋮) in the bottom corner
  4. Select "Delete account" and confirm your decision

⚠️ Warning: This action is permanent and will delete all your information immediately.

Method 2: Request deletion via email

If you prefer, you can also request your account deletion by sending us an email:

Send us an email with your registered phone number and we'll help you with the process:

We will process your request and completely delete your account and all your data within a maximum of 15 days.

What data will be deleted?

When you delete your account, the following will be permanently removed:

  • Your account information (phone number, profile)
  • All your plant profiles
  • All photos you have uploaded
  • All conversation history with your plants
  • All reminders and tasks created
