By accessing or using the Helia application, the user accepts these Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility

Helia is available only to individuals 18 years of age or older. By using the app, the user declares that they meet this requirement.

2. Nature of the service

Helia is a free application in its current version. In the future, some features may require payment or subscription, which will be communicated in a timely manner.

Helia offers guidance and educational recommendations related to plant care. No specific results are guaranteed, nor the survival or improvement of plants, even when the provided recommendations are followed.

3. Use of artificial intelligence

Helia uses artificial intelligence systems to generate responses, messages, and content:

  • Content is generated automatically
  • There is no human review of responses
  • Content may be inaccurate or incomplete
  • It does not replace professional advice

The user accepts that they use the information at their own discretion and responsibility.

4. Content and ownership

All content generated, uploaded, or produced within Helia, including photographs, messages, and conversations, is the property of Helia.

The user grants Helia a broad license to:

  • Use the content within the application
  • Process it through artificial intelligence systems
  • Analyze and use it for product improvement and reminders

In case of account deletion, the content will be anonymized in accordance with the Privacy Notice.

5. Limitation of liability

Helia shall not be liable for:

  • Direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the app
  • Undesired results in plant care
  • Loss of information
  • Technical failures, interruptions, or service errors

The use of the app is at the user's own risk.

6. Modifications

Helia reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the app implies acceptance of such changes.

7. Applicable law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States.
